Drawing from the Psalms, GK Chesterton, and Jesus’ own words, Pastor Eric teaches that while life’s “little things” may bring sorrow, the “big things” — God’s creation, Christ’s sacrifice, His resurrection, and the promise of eternal life — give us lasting joy that cannot be taken away. True joy doesn’t come from achievements or circumstances but from abiding in Jesus, worshipping together, and being grounded in God’s Word. As a church and school, Christ Brea is called to be a community known for joy, overflowing with the hope and victory we have in Christ ✝️.
