“Enter through the narrow gate.”

In this message, Rev. Dr. Bill Brunold continues our Sermon on the Mount series with one of Jesus’ most challenging teachings.

Jesus describes two roads:

🛣️ A wide and easy road that leads to destruction.
🚪 A narrow gate and difficult road that leads to life.

So which road are we on? Where are we going? And how do we enter through the narrow gate?

The answer isn't found in doing enough good things, earning enough points, or somehow making ourselves worthy of heaven.

❤️ The answer is Jesus.

Jesus gave His life as our ransom. He was crucified, died, was buried, and rose again to give us the free gift of salvation. The barrier between us and God has been torn down through Christ.

🙏 Stop relying on yourself.
✝️ Trust completely in Christ.
🚪 Enter through the Narrow Gate.

The road won't always be easy. Following Jesus means going against the ways of the world and admitting that we cannot save ourselves. But when we fall, Jesus is there to pick us up, forgive us, and guide us along the way.

Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life—and through Him, the way to the Father is open.
